Application Materials: To be complete, the following documents must be received:

To be sent to the Graduate Office:

• $50.00 application-processing fee, nonrefundable (see application fee section)
• Two official transcripts (official academic records for international applicants) from each institution of higher education attended
• Standardized tests as directed (e.g., GRE, GMAT). ETS School Code: 5145

To be sent to the academic department:

• Additional information required by the department

International applicants must also send the following to the Graduate Admissions Office:

• Evaluation of Academic Credentials
• TOEFL or IELTS scores. ETS School Code: 5145
• Certificate of Finances (COF) form
• Financial Statement and Visa Information Form
